A 2D architectural drawing is a detailed, flat representation of the building's layout, including floor plans, elevations, and sections. It serves as the foundation for creating the 3D model.

After receiving the 2D architectural drawing, we will create a 3D model in Google SketchUp, followed by refining the model in 3ds Max for detailed texturing, lighting, and composition.

Lighting refers to the scene's environmental light settings, such as early morning, daytime, evening, or night, to showcase how the building looks under different lighting conditions.

Texturing involves applying colors and patterns to the model's exterior. This includes the building’s layout, exterior base colors, amenities like the clubhouse or garden, and features such as pavement, tiles, and pathway schemes.

Composition is the process of adding decorative elements to the scene, such as light poles, trees, cars, human figures, birds, sculptures, benches, and other extras to enhance the exterior or interior.

Interior composition includes all decorative and functional furniture, like sofas, coffee tables, beds, side tables, cupboards, kitchen accessories, statues, and other elements to make the interior visually appealing.

Yes, we offer guidance on exterior color schemes, helping you choose the right combination of shades for the building’s façade, pavement, and amenities.

Absolutely! We provide suggestions on interior color themes to match the design style, ensuring a harmonious and attractive aesthetic for each space.

We focus on all aspects of texture, including the building’s exterior surfaces, amenities, and decorative elements to ensure they are cohesive with the overall design and vision.
